Subscribe to support topics and important alerts

We strongly recommend subscribing to the announcements and alerts section in order to keep up to date on important SingleFeed announcements affecting your account.

 

You can subscribe to the entire Knowledge base, to a sub-category like "Product Documentation" or "Q&A Forum", or to an individual article or post.  Whenever you are on one of these pages, you will see a "subscribe" link at the upper-right.  This opts you in to email notifications whenever there is any activity within the category or post.  Additionally, you will see an RSS link.  You can use this to follow certain categories or topics, as well.
