We're currently experiencing an issue that affects the auto-download functionality. The affected accounts will have received an email notification with the subject line:
"Your SingleFeed Import Has Failed"
We will re-run auto-download for all affected accounts today, 2/6/12, and ensure the updated feeds are delivered to the engines by the end of the day.
You can also start HTTP or FTP import manually by clicking on the Start Upload button on the Products page of your account. Manual import functionality is not affected. Apologies for the inconvenience!
