Export the "Products => Problems" as a CSV file

It would be helpful to be able to receive all of the "Problems" as a CSV file.  We make all of our changes/corrections to the feed data in our ecommerce store & not in the SingleFeed interface.

The current format of the "Problems" data does not make it easy to accomplish this as each "problem" requires several clicks just to see an issue.

Receiving all the problems in a single CSV file would make correcting the issues "at the source" much easier.

Hi David. This is a great suggestion and is something that many of our customers would like to see (understandably).  One of our goals for the SingleFeed platform going forward is making it as flexible and transparent as possible.  We not only want you to be able to export your problem products as a .CSV / .TXT /  .XLS file, but ANY subset of your products.  Once you get your product catalog into SingleFeed, you should be able to manipulate it anyway you want.  You should be able to export your problem products, your active products, your "Sony" brand products, your products under $100, etc...  In addition, we want to make it much easier for you to manipulate and bulk edit these products within the SingleFeed account center.  We know that the current product editing interface is very difficult to use.  We are working on it!  Thanks for the feedback.

Any idea of when this feature will become available? Just being able to print a report of the problems would do for me, so I wouldn't have to keep referring to the browser to see what problems there were.

Hi Travis. We are still working on this functionality. I can't give you an estimate on when it will become available at this time. We appreciate your patience.

One way to recognize problem products in your SingleFeed file is by looking at engine categories (Become Category etc.). Problem products will not have engine categories assigned to them, while active products do. By doing some sorting in the Excel file, you can fairly easily get a list of all problem products. Typically there are one or two issues that affect most problem products, such as missing information in a required field. Once you've identified the issues from your account, it can be easy to correct them in the sorted Excel file. This is a bit of a workaround, but we've found it to be helpful. See more detailed instructions here.

We now allow you to download your SingleFeed file with Problem products. Check the last 2 columns of your SingleFeed file for Status and Description of the problem.
