For some users, HTTP or FTP Imports are successful when kicking off a manual import (i.e. hitting the "start upload" botton), but automated daily imports via the "auto-download" function are unsuccessful. 

This is a known issue for some accounts, depending on their FTP or HTTP server and/or settings. We are working to revamp the file import process to resolve these known issues.
