If you are new to Shopping.com:
If you do not already have access to the Shopping.com Merchant Account Center, click here to signup. Then follow the steps below.
Existing Shopping.com Merchants;
If you are an existing Shopping.com merchant follow the steps below to retrieve your ftp and file name information.
Set up Data feed;
Navigate to the Products tab and select "Submit Datafeed"
You do not have to select Singlefeed at this stage. We will complete this step after submitting the initial feed.
*Important* Set your Tax and Shipping rates in sections 3 and 4
Retrieve FTP information
Select "Upload to a Shopping.com FTP location" in Section 5 of the 'Submit Datafeed' page
Save this information for reference. You will be adding it to your SingleFeed account in a moment.
*If you are an existing Shopping.com merchant please copy all the information as-is into your SingleFeed account.
**New Merchants will not be able to save a filename at this step. Just note the login credentials.
Update SingleFeed account
Return to the Engines page within your SingleFeed account and select the “Shopping.com” module.
Enter the FTP username/password and your Shopping.com account username/password
Chose the FTP filename you wish to use (must include .txt) . We will update your Shopping.com account with this information after the initial upload.
Finally, make sure the “Activate Engine” box is checked, and click the “Save Changes” button.
Your first feed submission to Shopping.com will occur within 24 hours of activating the engine, assuming you have active, categorized products in your SingleFeed account and you Shopping.com account is funded. From there, it can take 2 – 5 business days for Shopping.com to review, process and publish your listings.
Restricted Product Categories
You will not be able to list items from the following categories on Shopping.com.
- Ammunition (although certain firearms accessories such as scopes, rangefinders, holsters, etc are allowable)
- Any kind of sex toys (including, but not limited to, dildos, vibrators, penis pumps, etc.)
- Lingerie or any kind of product that contains images with full or partial nudity. (includes images with sheer fabrics covering the nipple and crotch areas)
- Adult movies
- Prescription drugs
