- If you have just uploaded your first feed to SingleFeed, and you have active products, your first engine feeds will typically be delivered within 5 - 7 business days. This time is required for SingleFeed's categorization team to manually categorize and approve all of your products. After categorization and approval, SingleFeed will send out your first feeds to any engines that you have activated. Your feeds will then continue to be delivered every 24 hours.
- If you add any new products to your existing feed (new Unique Internal Codes or UICs that we haven't seen before), they will also need to go through this manual categorization process (described above) and will be delivered to the shopping engines after this. This process will not affect your existing products which will continue to be delivered as is.
- If you activate a new engine within SingleFeed and already have active products being submitted to some of the other shopping engines, the new feed will go out within 24 hours.
Lastly, please remember that each shopping engine requires processing time and may have delays, all of which are out of SingleFeed's control. Most shopping engines publish your listings within 24 - 48 hours, but some can take longer. For a full rundown on each engine's processing time for new feeds, please see this article: http://support.singlefeed.com/entries/213985-first-engine-feed-submissions.
